• All custom plaques are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase is completed.

• Orders cannot be changed after submission.

• Production times are estimates and may vary. Delays do not qualify for refunds.

• If a plaque arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos for review.

• Full payment is required before production begins.
