Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant Event Policy

To ensure a magical, safe, and fair experience for all contestants, families, and guests, the following event policies will be in effect during the Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant. By attending or participating in the event, you agree to follow these guidelines.

General Conduct

Good sportsmanship is expected at all times from contestants, parents, and guests.
Rude, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification or removal from the venue without refund.
Please show kindness and respect to all staff, volunteers, judges, and fellow attendees.

Judges & Scoring

All judging decisions are final.
Approaching, contacting, or attempting to influence judges in any way is strictly prohibited.
Optional Stage Awards do not affect Queen title scoring.

Seating & Tickets

General Admission: $25 per person
VIP Seating: $30 per person (includes front-row access + early entry)
All guests, including family members, must have a valid ticket for entry.
Seating is limited — please purchase tickets early.

Contestant Guidelines

No pageant experience required to enter.
Required competitions include Evening Gown and Christmas Wear.
Age-appropriate makeup is allowed in all divisions.
Contestants must be able to carry their own props (no large set pieces).
Contestant Entry fee covers Divisional Queen Competition ONLY ; optional categories are available for an additional fee.

Photography & Media

Personal photography is allowed, but please be respectful and do not block aisles or views.
Professional photography will be available for purchase at the event.
By attending, you acknowledge that photos and videos taken at the event may be used for future promotional purposes.

Other Important Info

No outside food or drink allowed inside the venue.
All applications and fees must be submitted by December 1.
A full schedule will be emailed to registered contestants after all materials are received.
The pageant reserves the right to adjust rules, schedules, or procedures as needed for safety or fairness.
