SPONSORSHIP POLICY
Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant welcomes and sincerely appreciates the generosity of individuals, families, businesses, and organizations who choose to sponsor our contestants. Sponsorship contributions provide valuable financial assistance by helping contestants meet their registration and entry fee obligations, allowing them the opportunity to participate in a memorable pageant experience. To ensure transparency and a clear understanding of how contributions are received, processed, and applied, all sponsors are encouraged to carefully review this Sponsorship Policy before submitting payment.
Sponsorship payments must be made directly to Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant through an authorized payment method and will be applied toward the entry fee of the contestant designated by the sponsor at the time of payment. Sponsorship contributions are not paid directly to contestants, their parents, guardians, coaches, or representatives. Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant is responsible for receiving and recording sponsorship payments and applying eligible contributions to the designated contestant's registration balance. Sponsors may contribute any amount toward a contestant's entry fee, subject to the available payment options. However, a sponsorship contribution does not automatically guarantee that the contestant's full entry fee has been satisfied. Any remaining balance remains the responsibility of the contestant or the individual responsible for their registration.
Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted at the time of payment is accurate, including the contestant's full name and the sponsorship amount. The contestant's name should match the name provided during pageant registration to ensure that the contribution is properly credited. Sponsors are encouraged to review all information carefully before completing their transactions. If an error is discovered, the sponsor should contact Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant promptly. While reasonable efforts may be made to correct administrative errors, adjustments cannot be guaranteed once a payment has been processed.
ALL SPONSORSHIP PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By submitting a sponsorship payment, the sponsor acknowledges and agrees that the contribution is voluntary and that refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, contestant withdrawal, inability to attend or participate, changes in personal circumstances, failure to complete registration requirements, outstanding balances, or disqualification resulting from failure to comply with pageant rules and regulations. All payments are considered final once successfully processed, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections.
If a sponsored contestant withdraws, becomes ineligible, fails to complete registration, or does not participate in the pageant for any reason, sponsorship contributions already received will remain with Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant. Such funds will not be returned to the sponsor or paid directly to the contestant and may be retained to support pageant-related operational and administrative expenses. Sponsors acknowledge that their contributions are intended to assist with a contestant's participation and do not constitute a guarantee that the contestant will ultimately appear or compete in the event.
If sponsorship contributions exceed the designated contestant's entry fee, any additional funds received will be retained by Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant to support pageant-related expenses. Excess sponsorship funds will not be issued as cash, transferred to the contestant, refunded to the sponsor, or automatically applied to another contestant's registration. Sponsors are encouraged to confirm the contestant's remaining entry fee balance before submitting payment if they wish to avoid contributing more than the amount owed. Sponsorship contributions are intended to provide financial support toward a contestant's entry fee and do not automatically entitle sponsors to advertising, promotional placement, event admission, reserved seating, or other benefits. Any sponsor recognition, advertising opportunities, or promotional benefits must be specifically offered and confirmed by Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant. Sponsorship contributions do not influence judging decisions and do not guarantee contestants any titles, awards, crowns, banners, placements, special privileges, or competitive advantages. All contestants will be evaluated according to the pageant's established judging criteria, regardless of the amount of sponsorship support received. Sponsorship contributions are not charitable donations. Sponsors are encouraged to consult their accountant or tax professional regarding the tax treatment of their contributions.
Upon successful processing of a sponsorship payment, a payment confirmation will be provided through the applicable payment system. Sponsors are encouraged to retain their confirmation, including the payment date, amount, and transaction reference, for their personal records. Any questions regarding the application of a sponsorship payment should be directed to Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant, along with the relevant transaction information to assist with verification.
By submitting a sponsorship contribution, the sponsor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Sponsorship Policy. Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant reserves the right to update its sponsorship procedures and policies when necessary. Any revisions will be communicated through the official pageant website, and the terms applicable to completed transactions will remain subject to applicable law.
