Terms, Conditions, and Rules

As the contestant or parents/legal guardian of the contestant named above, I do hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by the Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant. I agree to hold Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant, Pageant Image Consulting, Inc., staff members, and volunteers harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident or injury during or resulting from any contestant’s participation in this pageant. I understand and agree that in the case of cancellation of the pageant, that said pageant will be canceled without benefit of refund; however, the pageant will be rescheduled at another time and location. Please note that our pageant enforces a strict No Double Crowning policy. Contestants are eligible to win only one title per pageant. If a contestant qualifies for multiple titles, the highest-ranking title will be awarded, and the remaining title(s) will be passed to the next eligible contestant. To be eligible to win a Supreme Title, contestants will be scored based on Christmas Wear, Evening Gown, and one of the following stage awards: prettiest hair, prettiest eyes, prettiest smile, or most photogenic. The contestant who wins the Mega Ultimate Grand Supreme title is ineligible to compete in the following year’s pageant. I understand and agree that the above named contestant, if declared winner will return at the end of her reign to crown her successor. The Boys Division competes for the Little Prince title only. Stage awards and Seasonal Elegance Court titles are not offered in the boys division. A cash award will be presented to each Divisional Queen and the Little Prince winner if there are five or more contestants in their respective division. I understand that the judges’ decisions are final. I understand that failure to show good sportsmanship may result in disqualification of the contestant without refund and forfeiture of any awards received. I understand the pageant reserves the right to modify, substitute, or adjust prizes and awards at its discretion. Dressing Room Policy: For privacy and comfort, contestants must use the designated dressing room corresponding to their gender. Male contestants should use the designated boys’/male dressing room, and female contestants should use the designated girls’/female dressing room. Contestants are expected to respect the privacy of others and remain in their designated dressing area while changing. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the competition and disqualification from the pageant without a refund. I agree and confirm that all of the enclosed information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant and Pageant Image Consulting, Inc. has the right to accept or deny any application at their discretion. I fully give Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant and Pageant Image Consulting, Inc. permission to use photograph(s) of me for their promotional use and I understand I will not receive any compensation for use of my photograph(s). By submitting this application, I understand that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Signature  is required for your application to be complete. If your application and entry fee is not submitted by December 1st, then a late fee may apply.
